- 1.5oz Cathead Honeysuckle Vodka
- 1oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 1tbsp Agave Nectar
- 1/4 Cucumber, Peeled
- 3 Fresh Mint Leaves
Puree cucumber and mint leaves. Strain through a fine mesh strainer to separate solids from liquids. Discard solids. In a cocktail shaker, combine 1oz of cucumber and mint juice, lemon juice, agave nectar, and vodka with ice. Shake. Serve over ice and garnish with sliced cucumber and mint sprigs.
