Ingredients

• 1.25oz Cathead Honeysuckle Vodka
• 0.75oz Lemon Juice 
• 0.5oz Simple Syrup 
• Champagne

Directions

Build in a shaker over ice, adding all ingredients (except champagne). Shake and strain into a coupe or flute. Top with champagne and garnish with a raspberry + lemon peel.
