Ingredients

• 1 oz. Bristow Gin
• 1 oz. Campari
• 1 oz. Sweet Vermouth
• Soda Water

Directions

Add all ingredients to stirring glass, then add ice. Stir for about 15 seconds. Strain and pour into a Collins glass. Top with ice and 2-3 oz. soda water. Garnish with an orange peel.
