Ingredients

• 1 cup Cathead Honeysuckle Vodka
• 8 cups Seedless Watermelon, cubed
• 0.5 cup Fresh Lime Juice
• 0.25 cup Sugar Syrup
• 4 cups Ice Cubes
• 2 cups Sprite

Directions

Puree watermelon in a blender or food processor until smooth. Pour through a fine wire mesh strainer into a large pitcher. Using back of a spoon to squeeze out any remaining juice, discard solids. Add vodka, lime juice, and syrup and ice. Top with soft drink and gently stir. Garnish with a lime slice, diced watermelon, and fresh mint. Serve immediately.
