Ingredients

• 1.5oz Bristow Gin
• 0
.5oz Fresh Lime Juice
• 0.5oz Simple Syrup

• 2 Dashes of Orange Bitters
• 3 Cucumber Wheels
• Brut Champagne

Directions

In a mixing glass, muddle two cucumber wheels. Add gin, simple syrup, lime juice, bitters, and ice. Shake well and double strain into a cocktail glass. Top with champagne and garnish with cucumber wheel.
