- 1oz Cathead Honeysuckle Vodka
- 1 Slice of Grapefruit
- 3oz Brut Champagne
- 0.5oz Aperol
- Pinch of salt
Squeeze grapefruit juice into a shaker and drop in squeezed slice. Add vodka, Aperol, and salt. Shake briefly with ice, then strain and top with Champagne. Serve in a chilled flute or coupe.
