Small Batch is the everyday Old Soul, and the bourbon at the heart of everything we make. It starts with a high-rye mash bill of 75% corn, 21% rye and 4% malted barley, all grown in Mississippi and pot distilled in small lots here in Jackson.

We age it five to six years through Mississippi summers, then review every barrel the old-fashioned way, by nose and palate, before blending and bottling at 90 proof. Non-chill filtered, with no color added. It’s a bourbon made with a nod to tradition and to where Mississippi whiskey is headed. Look for “Estate Collection” on the label.

• Nose: Sweet and rich, with candy corn, vanilla icing and toasted graham cracker over charred oak.
• Palate: Full and sweet, with toasted nuts, caramelized sugar and a hint of Southern sweet tea.
• Finish: Warm and lingering, with cinnamon, toasted oak and a touch of caramel.
