Aged in brand new American oak barrels for more than one year, Bristow Barrel Aged Reserve is smoother on the palate than its high alcohol strength might suggest, with lots of gin and botanical character still present. The subtle oak notes allow it to shine as the primary ingredient in some cocktail applications.
